ChannelCtrl respects the intellectual property rights of content creators and rights holders. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent copyright legislation applicable in the United States.

1. Our Content Licensing Position

ChannelCtrl operates as a lawful reseller of IPTV subscription services and does not host, store, or originate the content delivered through the Service. All channels and video-on-demand content are sourced from licensed content providers and distributors.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner or authorized agent and believe that content accessible through channelctrl.com infringes your copyright, submit a written DMCA takedown notice.

Your notice must include:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  2. Specific URL(s) or sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing content.
  3. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe content was removed by mistake, submit a counter-notification to [email protected] including the removed content identification, a statement under penalty of perjury, your contact information, consent to jurisdiction in the United States, and your signature.

Upon receipt, we forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. If no court action is filed within 10-14 business days, we may restore the content.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

ChannelCtrl maintains a strict repeat infringer policy. Accounts subject to multiple valid infringement notices will be reviewed and may be terminated without refund.

5. Misuse of the DMCA Process

Filing a false DMCA notice is a serious legal matter. Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may result in liability for damages, costs, and attorney fees.
